Hello, my
name is Maritza Ortiz. I am originally from Bethlehem PA, the Steel City. I
relocated to the growing Tampa Bay Area in 2000 to expand my family and
business opportunities. I absolutely love all that Tampa Bay has to offer from the
beautiful beaches to the country living. Whatever you preference is, we have
it. Everything feels like it is right at your fingertips! If you can Hear it,
Touch it, Taste it or Experience it in some way...Tampa Bay has it! I brought
my experience in residential mortgage with me. I was in banking from 2003-2009
and then jumped over to the retirement side within the company from 2009-2016.
I then chose to pursue my career in Real Estate in 2017. I'm grateful for the
flexibility this career offers, as well as the opportunities for growth and
engagement with people. This carrier has allowed me to build amazing
relationships and friendships with clients who are now great friends. It
also enables me to spend quality time with my amazing and caring
husband and three wonderful boys Ivan, Travien and Jaden. I am truly
connected at heart to all things relating to the beaches, ocean, bay and gulf.
You can find me jet skiing with my husband and kids, relaxing by the pool or on
the beach taking in the amazing views Florida has to offer.  Family
is very important to me so when I am not out working or enjoying the outdoors
we are home spending quality time with each other. Whether you are buying or
